SHIPPING POLICY

All physical products sold on Vacuvia are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners, including warehouses located in China.

Processing Time

Order processing time is between one (1) and three (3) business days. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is between seven (7) and twelve (12) business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance, international logistics, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Vacuvia is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, international shipping carriers, or force majeure events.

Tracking Information

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take several days to update, especially for international shipments.

Incorrect Address and Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Vacuvia is not liable for lost, delayed, or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered. Vacuvia is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Customs and Duties

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
